This is a free alternative to some paid programs such as Mp3 tag & rename. I built this to reorganize my own collection and thought the world would enjoy it as much as I have.
It allows you to customize output names with variables and saves them in a very convinient tree structure based on Artist name/ Album name. So go ahead and open all your music up in iTunes or Windows Media Player and edit their tags till they are all named properly and then let me take care of the actual filenames and organization. This program will skip some songs with goofy characters in their name, but they will be in the list box when it is done so you can see what they are and remove the characters.

If you enjoyed this program or found a bug please post in the forums. I would highly appreciate some activity on that front and would like to know that someone is actually using my software. I found this very handy and couldnt see paying for something that in essense is so simple (found out how unsimple it was went I got into reading mp3 tags from their files, but that is another story entirely). Requirements:
1) Honestly, nothing special. Runs on 98 and above with the proper framework installed. Just needs enough space to copy everything, unless you check the delete original files button and then it deletes as it goes, so doesnt take up much space.
